Tension Springs

 

Tension springs are produced without winding distance and tested on tension. We produce tension springs of stainless steel and spring steel wire (round wire) on tension spring machines. The design of the spring is exclusively cylindrical. Another distinguishing feature, which can be seen at first glance, is the eye shape.We produce tension springs with the following eyelet designs: german eyelet design, english eyelet design, ….

Tension springs with a wire diameter from 0.50 mm to 1.60 mm are produced on our fully automated machines, whereas our tension springs in semi-automatic production have a diameter of up to 4.50 mm. We manufacture from batch size 1 to large scale.

Due to construction further processing is limited. We can apply sandblasting and electroplating to a certain extent.
