Compression Springs
We produce high-quality compression springs of round stainless steel wire and spring steel wire on state-of-the-art Wafios compression-spring machines from 0.25 mm to 4.5 mm in diameter. Compression springs are manufactured according to the demanded distance between windings and are pressurized. The spring can be designed cylindrically, conically or double-conically (barrel spring), according to customer specification right or left. Depending on application a large variety of materials can be used:

Despite simple functions the requirements on a compression spring can be very complex: from the simple spring in a ballpoint pen over the valve to the complex blocked spiral spring. We produce compression springs in all numbers, from sample to serial production.
Heat treatment to improve mechanical properties is standard for us. Depending on additionally demanded properties we further process compression springs as follows:
- sand blasting / shot blasting / glas bead blasting
- painting
- electroplating
- special coating (on request)
- spring grinding
Compression springs are used and applied in almost any area:
