Punched Bend Parts
Punched bend parts are formed into shape after being punched out of strip steel of coil – often made of stainless steel. These are non-resilient thereafter. Resilient parts are referred to as flat springs.
We use material of 3 mm to 120 mm wide and from 0.1 mm to approximately 3 mm thick. Due to our own toolmaking we are able to produce even small numbers at low cost on our punching and bending machines. Small batches or samples are produced as laser bend parts.
Laser bend parts are used in various applications, e.g. as brackets, wipers, deflectors, screwlocks, clips, brackets, contact plates or mounting plates.
According to customer demand and application we further process our punched bend parts:
- troweling (vibratory finishing)
- sand blasting / shot blasting / glas bead blasting
- electroplating
- painting
- special coating (on request)
- hardening
- cleaning/washing parts
