Torsion Springs

Torsion springs need to perform regarding torsion, i.e. turning and bending of the spring legs around the axis. We produce on CNC winding, winding and bending machines with up to 24 axes, which can process stainless steel wire and spring steel from 0.4 mm to 3.2 mm in diameter. All torsion springs from sample to mass production are manufactured at low cost on fully automatic bending machines. The springs come optional as right or left alligned, or in pairs.

Special materials for technical springs made of strip material

The specifications of the springs can be improved by heat treatment after production.

 

Most common applicationes for torsion springs are the use as tension springs, flap springs, return springs, locking springs, vibration springs, pressure springs, securring springs, retaining springs or double torsion springs.
